Complete newbie looking for advise

Hey everyone! I just bought a bath mate hydromax 7 and I’ve only tried it two times with no results at all.
I’ve followed the instructions to the T….I put my flaccid penis in, seal it tight and pump to get some pressure and no matter how many times I’ve tried it doesn’t get me hard at all…am I doing something wrong? It’s pretty discouraging

You should go in with full erection, and fill up the pump with as much warm water as possible.
When you go inside the pump, make sure as little water as possible escapes. You don't want an air pocket at the base of the pump.

You need to remove the comfort insert in order to get high enough vaccum/pressure for any substantial gains.

Also:
You need to do manual girthwork between pumping sets. This program below is recommended.

So I’ve seen several different sources say that for people like myself who have never done any form of male enhancement work to NOT start the pumping with a full erection. Also is that really the best routine for a total newbie? Thank you so much!

What I'm describing in post #2 is exactly what I did when I started with penis enlargement.

The Bathmate pumps was my way into penis enlargement, through these pumps and my obsession to find out the truth I found MOS.

Start slow and increase the intensity and vaccum/pressure progressively.

In the beginning I didn't got a lot of expansion in my Bathmate Hydromax 5 pump, but as time went on, I saw more and more expansion until one day I had mastered the Hydromax 5, meaning that I expanded hard into the walls of the pump. I would not have done that if I where using the comfort insert.

You need to remove the comfort insert, even if it's uncomfortable. You can use Vaseline on the rubber to make it more comfortable. Clean your pump with mild liquid hand soap, and warm water afterwards. Rinse through the pump and valve, by filling up the pump with the valve open.
Never remove the valve for cleaning. They are only supposed to be removed if you need to replace it.

I have no video instruction currently about the Bathmate pumps, but I need to make them in the future.

Almost at the end of the sticker. I was no near to do this in the first picure at, 2022.12.01 (YEAR.MONTH.DAY).

Not the best photos. But you can clearly see the difference in expansion. Both pictures are taken after I reached full vaccum/pressure.

Well thank you!! Do I want to achieve full pressure when I start? And does that mean pumping until no more water comes out?? I’m sorry for all the questions but I really appreciate your answers! I’m also looking for the best (pump only) routine. I have no interest in jelqing nor do I have that much time with my living situation.

You're welcome brother.
You can not probably achieve full pressure in the beginning.

Do 3 sets at 5 minutes. At the last set you can achieve the highest pressure. Always use a timer.
You need manual girth work (with your hands) to make your gains more permanent.
When I did Bathmate pumping I did V Jelqs instead of Slow Squash Jelq's. But Slow Squash Jelq's are superior, but I didn't knew about them back then.

On your first question the answer can be yes. But you will not be able to achieve this in the beginning, it will take some time for you to get there. Be careful and do not push up the pressure to hard in the beginning. If you feel panic when pumping, your pressure is to high and you need to release the pressure and restart.

Haha I'll see how it goes, would you ever recommend pumping twice a day? At the moment I do 1 intense pump per day for 2 day then break for one day and repeat
That sounds like a good training schedule. I only did girthwork once every day. Stick to once per day. Healing in an expanded and elongated state is also important for gaining (Read all about it in the, 🔗 SRT).
 
In my opinion, removing the comfort seal is not for newbies. Start with some lower pressure on the bathmate, etc. otherwise some dudes are going to get discouraged when their dick hurts and they don't understand why. You have to find the right balance of pain until you're more experienced. No pain, no gain... but too much pain is counter productive. Don't be scared to use the comfort insert if needed. It's better than quitting. Make sure you're hard the entire time, and yes you need to do manuals. The pump alone most likely won't give permanent gains. In my experience, manuals and time are the 2 ingredients for success, in addition to the pump. Lots of time and patience.
 
I was a newbie when I did it. If you don't remove it, you will work on length and not girth.

I agree. I think too many people wait too long To try things because you're scared. They're too new, but you'll get used to anything. You just need to put the proper effort in.

Starting my journey at 5.7 long/4.75 girth and that’s been basically steady because I’m just now learning about length exercises and stretches thanks to this site. Appreciate you fellas. Going to add SSJ and bundled stretches thank to y’all

as a complete beginner looking for the newbie inch in length is manual stretching enough? Or do I really need the LM3 from the get go? I just got the BMhydro7 recently so it may be a minute before I can toss cash at the LM3

Continue with manual stretches until you can afford the lengthmaster. One can probably put and inch on through manual stretches

i followed advice listed from y’all- removed the comfort insert and in 2 sessions already notice a huge difference. length work prior to girth work with BTC stretches and when I did the BM pump I was CLEARLY getting more pressure and more expansion. Was filling out to the side and there’s no way that happened before with the insert.
Also- I know the BM ruler sticker is dumb and not accurate but just using it for reference I was definitely reaching lengths that were previously never attainable with the insert in. Previously I was only reaching like 5.75 in the sticker but almost hit 6.25- anecdotal reference but still shows how it was creating more pressure/ length

The comfort insert is not good, it will limit expansion and growth. So happy you saw such a big difference. It was the kind of difference I personally saw when I started to pump with Bathmate.
 
I can't believe how unlucky I am. My testicles are very close to my penis and is making my life so difficult with the pump. Any ideas? I even tried to tie em up but it is so difficult and so uncomfortable.

Brother, you're not the only one. My balls are high up there. Worst yet, shifting the pump around tends to favor a certain portion of the pelvic skin and suck it up along with it. Painful as painful gets.

After receiving my BathMate, a few weeks of trial and errors, I've came up with a few ways to battle this painful nightmare.

Air pump donuts:
Unfortunately, I can only find the soft universal size max out at 3in diameter. The BathMate comfort sleeve insert is at 3.25in. You can fudge it but it only works on the first round of pump. Once the donut gets slightly moist/wet, it's practically a freaking battle to put it back on the BathMate comfort sleeve insert. The donut is extremely comfortable, and the restrictive hole will prevent your scrotum and pelvic skin from being sucked in along with penis.

Gel pads:
get yourself some good thick gel pads of your choice, be the material is silicone or a thick gel. I got mine (Motorcycle Seat Gel Pad Shock Absorption Mats) via Amazon made from polyurethane for easy trimming/cutting and compressional allowance. Silicone has limited compression and can get uncomfortable at times.

If you look at the image, i cut the diameter out at 1.25in to match my old donut to match my needed circumference needs. You can start out at 1in or even less based on your penis circumference. Less is always better and widen when needed. Doing this allows my pelvic and scrotum skin to be sucked up at higher vacuum pressures while allowing my pelvic area to be relieved from compression pain between the BathMate plastic parts and my pelvic bone. It's literally night and day for pain relief. I have the BathMate foam comfort pads as well. Even two of them on, I can still the pain against my pelvic area, and my skin still get sucked into the chamber. The gel pad on the other hand stop the skink from being sucked in completely. Even at 13 inHg vacuum force, I feel nothing but pressure against my penile shaft.

Start doing the ball and ligament stretch. And you will see improvement within a few weeks
 
I could easily do what the video does if my testicles where like the guy s on the video. I will try even though this thing seems very difficult on my side. If i don't find a solution I ll stop PE there isn't any alternative

Tie a bandage around your scrotum, to prevent them from being sucked in.

You are not unlucky. Everyone have this when they start out. Even now I do this, even when my scrotum hangs lower due to Ball & Lig Stretches

It's not comfortable to do pe, but you will learn to love it.

Warmup with the MOSRED before starting any session for the day. You can even warm up with only warm water before starting your session. This thing is super easy.

Once you finish your length or girth session for the day, you can warm down with the MOSRED.

You are complicating something that do not need to be complicated.

use a note pad to write down all the little tips your getting so you can run through a checklist every session.
I wish I had, I would have progressed faster!

It’s very easy to forget the little things at first but it’s the little things put together that make everything work.

This applies to stretching but the advice is the same.

if had a check list:
mos red + lig and ball stretches.
Tie scrottum
Apply chalk
Retract foreskin
Green theraband
Pull back any loose skin/ remove wrinkles.
Bandage
Theraband

write down how you tighten in the chamber so you don’t Pinch.
Tighten with a thumb press on glans, pull back a little, tighten more, (still pressing on glans)
Do some cranks, tighten, stretch all directions, tighten more and so on



I went through a faze when I could not clamp because I started doing something differently and didn’t I realise.

Heater fan on,
Set timer 5 mins.

I read @squirt_inducer_man advice to do things like use chalk a thousand times before I actually started doing it.
