It’s important to have your house in order but it’s also important to put priority on things that matter to you personally. So definitely family and God come before anything else but also leave yourself some time for yourself because without that you’ll go nutty. Maybe you can just dabble in some stealth PE for a while while you get other things in order just to keep your head in the game.
Yes that is exactly how things are progressing to be, the only thing i have been doing the last days are stealth. My goal for every day are 3 hours of extending, i am trying to keep that on going for the next weeks for now.

3 hours a day, that´s something, it must be better than nothing.

That’s a great deal of time and if you use the right way you can make incredible gains very quickly
 
Hey @Commodore how's it going so far?

You started the thread around 3 months ago and said you haven't gained anything in the multiple years since you've started PE while you sometimes had been hanging 15-20h a week, 5-7 months 2 times and between 5-16lbs.
Also you wrote you used the PMP for 550hours. Now you came back and started again since 3 months. How did everything proceed? Have you now measured again since you started? If yes, what have you gained? :)

Yes you are right, i have not until this day gained anything, but thanks for asking.
I remember when i was hanging i started at 5 lb and did go slow in increasing the pounds.
After few months i was at 15-17 lb ( goal was 5-6 20min sets every day) and at that moment i started to have trouble with the wrap and my gland did not like it, so soon i quit.
But you have to understand that this is only because i did not wrap the right way, this was my fault.
Guys have gained with 8 lb. My penis just needs obviously more than 17lb to gain.
So if i were you do not take me for example, i am just one of those that need heavyweight but then the most important thing if you are doing the heavy weight you need to master the wrapping.
And that is what i am doing these days. Right now i am in training mode i am wrapping every day and preparing my self for going all in. I am doing the only thing that i need to do and what DLD advice me, i am going to have my house in order before i can start doing this full time again.
When i mean getting my house in order is:
I have a big family, we have been moving a lot, running a company and always some things that are involved with time assuming things, money things.
So i am very driven to have a better over all life and then at the same time can have good amount of time to do my PE.
Since 2009 i have not been doing PE all the time since then, as you see in my first post i discover PE in 2009 did it for 3 months and then did no PE for 3+years.
For me my PE journey is just beginning.
I will show you in time to come - how hard gainer can gain.

Wrapping is the definitely one of the most important parts of hanging - I also experienced that yesterday when getting a little injury on my glans too.
You're right, normal life is more important than PE :)

Wrapping is important for a number of reasons. Wrapping is unique to every man so practicing and mastering a style or creating one is very important.
 
Wrapping is also great after a session to keep your flaccid healing in the larger state.

I prefer ace wrap bandages over the silisleeve for this purpose.
