How much crank do I put into the LM bundles without hurting myself

I started out with barely being able to crank one full turn left or right
Now I can go a bit more than a full turn like 1 and 1/4 turn

When I get to the end I fell the burn a bit but just want to makr sure I am not under or over training

I basically get to the end of the turn and do a bit more without feeling extreme pain

That's great that you're getting one and a 1/2 twist in, that's probably what most people do but as they become longer and longer then we'll get more twists in. I started out with one and made my way up to 3

What about intensity though?

Twist till it stops then just a bit more?

This is based on how comfortable the crank to one side is, and the same cranking angle to the other side without causing discomforts. When you start out you may only get around 1/2. In about a week or two, you can go as far one full rotation to either side with comforts. It all depends on your penis flexibility.

0.4cm gained divided by 10 sessions is 0.04cm gained per session

So then 2.54cm is equal to 1inch
2.54cm divided by 0.04cm gained per session would have me gaining 1 inch in 64 sessions

That's crazy to think about the potential!

That's amazing. It reminds me of me and how fast I gained in the beginning. You have so much potential, but that needs to be coupled with consistency. Always keep good notes on your workout.So you can look back and see what has worked, and what hasn't worked. Enter this space as a winner and always have great respect for the gain so you are given. And when you find that joy in gaining use that to fuel your future growth. May God be with you my brother.

Lock in and dial in your routines to maintain that explosive growth. SLOWLY! EVERY SLOWLY!! Tweak your routine to prevent the body from adapting. That means to slowly increase very little on the intensity every week to allow the body to adopt the new tensions, allow the new tensions to take effects, but without triggering the rejection of the stressor loading and cause they body to adapt to the stress loads. Do you see the difference between adopt and adapt? Lock that explosive growth in.

0.2cm loss due to fatigue. If you experience a drop again, back off just a bit to allow the body to adopt the tensions while it recovers.
I think he's measuring a new way by measuring on top of the penis at the center. This is the standard way of measuring and should be used by all. Having consistent readouts, we'll only benefit you as you progress.
