Progress thread Come on gains

Based on my previous few workouts I am doing newbie stretches and then fulcrum work.
Am I still in the right track.

Do you suggest I do something different?
Really going for length and then girth a little later after I can get to at least 8 inches.

What do you think?

This definitely looks good. Are you being sure to also get him expressive stretches? Erect stretches? And the testicle health massage and routine?
 
Vacuum stretcher 2 hours
Vacuum extender 1.5 hours
Both above in active mode

I took the device off about every hour and got some increased circulation in for about 5 minutes and strapped in again.
 
I sometimes skip the massage but I will make sure I am getting it in as well as increasing erect stretches.

Try to get it in every session because it is the fastest way to gain flaccid length and girth

5 minutes warm up

5 minute bundles

30-seconds x 1 each
Straight Down to the Left
Straight Down to the Center
Straight Down to the Right

30-seconds x 1
Straight Out to the Left
Straight Out to the Center
Straight Out to the Right

30-seconds x 1
Straight Up to the Left
Straight Up to the Center
Straight Up to the Right

3 minutes fulcrum stretches

Vacuum extender 45 minutes

I like the title of your thread “come on gains” You have made them into a people that you call for LOL come on my people let’s make this happen! I really enjoy it as much as I enjoy watching you progress. Merry Christmas my brother
