After my routine yesterday night I strapped into the extender and I just felt bigger.
I haven’t adjusted the tension, but I could see 2 lines on the tension bars where previously I could only see one line.
This must mean some growth.m, at least I hope so.
I took a week off last week, well not completely, but from my normal stretching routine, and went for light jelquing and erect stretches.
Sort of a decon break, but I did feel like it helped me heal more.
What do you think of performing the above (week off or switch to lighter routine) for about a week every 4 to 6 weeks or so.
