Combining Length & Girth workouts in the Same Day

Okay, i have been doing this with length in the AM and girth in the PM. Im finding that when i wake up the next morning my penis is sore when i go to do my stretches/extender. But after awhile it seems to be fine with no soreness. It seems the stretching makes the soreness go away. But the plumpness from the night before girth session goes away also.

Is it best to give complete 24hr rest before new sessions? I want to make sure im giving my girth sessions enough healing time.

Im in a stump, I have good length, but i want more.. But im desperate for more Girth!
 
Listen, there is no such need. The recommended is to have length/girth in the am and then length/girth in the pm. Your problem could be due to overdoing your girth session. You might need to down the intensity a little. Try this and report the results :)

You will adapt and the plumpness will disappear quicker. Keep doing length in the AM and girth PM.
