Combine cockring+extender?

Hi I have a problem while wearing my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. The blood in my glans slowly dissappears while wearing it, making it slip out. What if I wore the cockring at the same time to keep the blood in? Would that work?

Depends on how hard you stretch it. I stretched mine very hard and it started having several cuts after the 2 or 3rd day if its use rofl.
