Do you use it even on your rest days? What brand do you use? Thank you.
 
What is the best collagen in a cream form is there? I’ve been working on a cream to get rid of discoloration under the eyes and to get rid of crows feet and I’ve had great success. But the one thing I wanted to add to the mixture before I made it public was collagen so if anybody has any advice on this I would appreciate it. I have made such changes in the bags under my eyes, dark circles and wrinkles, I looks 10 years younger!

When I used harsh PED's my face would look ten times older than when off PED's, so I follow these:




For hyperpigmentation (discoloration under the eyes) & anti-aging:


Also the best type of collagen is the one one that is cross linked collagen, like HA cross linked on penis fillers, cheek fillers...and so on.



These results in a much stronger bond, thus firmer appearance on the face, resulting in anti aging.

I could recommend thousand creams that my girlfriend has, but... who knows which one of them all works the best. Besides I don't want to adventure and say: "buy this and this". Make you spend money on it and later on it wouldn't bring results.

On a side note, have you tried HA (HYALURONIC ACID) ?

I use it every time. Plus its cheap you can make your own, and brings results.

But ascorbic acid tends to upset the stomach, that's why I recommend you liposomal vitamin c

Apparently the fish collagen is the best, but I would recommend to take high dosages of cheap bovine collagen powder to have the maximum benefits. Add one tea spoon of vitamin C into the mix to have the best results. A pro tip: if you have difficulties with water, then you might try mixing that collagen with yoghurt or quark in a shaker bottle.

After few years of trying I must say that my penis feels fuller with my daily collagen dosage. Also, my face looks younger.

P.S. With my 15 years of experience in PE I can say that stretching is THE correct method to have gains, and pumping once in a week gives you some supplementary benefits in girth and erection.

Also fish collagen or fish diets, tend to reduce skin thickness


 
I have never heard of fish collagen I wonder, I guess I’ll have to research it
