My story so far:
Hi all, I discovered PE in 2004, but it took me four years to finally make the decision to try it. Started my journey in January 2008, and over the course of about 18 months, I gained 1.5" in length and 0.5" in girth by doing manuals and using an ADS (details below).
Here are a few pictures I took during my journey to build a bigger penis. I started at 5" NBPEL × 5.1" MSEG and gained up to 5.5" NBPEL × 5.4" MSEG in four months with a manual routine I put together by combining the newbie routines that were circulating on Thunder’s Place and MOS back in the 2000s.
After that, I bought a JES Extender and used it for 14 months, for 4–6 hours/day, along with 30 minutes of dry jelqing, Ulis, and Horse440s in the evening. That routine took me to 6.5" NBPEL.
When it comes to tension, I think I went up to 1,200 g after the first month or two, and after another two months, I went up to 1,500 g. However, I could only do 2–3 hours at 1,500 g, as ligament pain would appear after that, so my last sets of the day were done at around 1,000–1,200 g.
I’ve attached a side-by-side picture showing my progress from 5" to 6.5" over 18 months of PE, as well as another one showing my progress inside the extender at different intervals. Here you can see how I added more bars and how my wrapping changed over time.
Feel Free to ask any questions if you want.
