Hey guys I'm new to this sorta thing and don't really know how it works. Btw I ordered my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] a week ago and it still hasn't arrived in the mail :( I wanna get to training straight away!! Cause im living with a average 5 inches. And advice and tips you can give me will be greatly appreciated :D

You could get a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] membership I can personally recommend from experience it is worth the price. It has any and all the videos useful for you to get started if you can't wait. The Newbie Routine is a good place for getting warmed up and gaining. It is not a bad idea to own the membership and the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words].
