Hey guys, not trying to hijack the thread, but I'm trying hard to follow along. I think I'm still very confused exactly how a bundled stretch works, and how to do it.
Everything I search for about it seems to not load, or isn't there, assumes a basic level of info I don't have, or maybe I'm searching the wrong way.
It's encouraging to hear how you all have made and continue to make gains with it, I'm just a bit lost with how to make sure I'm doing it correctly. Any help finding that basic info would be much appreciated.
I saw part of a video explanation once, but I feel like I'm still missing some info and I'm nervous to start cranking on it not knowing what I'm doing.
As always, thanks for any guidance for us that are still learning, and for the patience to explain.. we all start somewhere.
