Bundles

Is there a best way to do bundles if targeting girth only? I've been trying to do as many turns as I can across the entire shaft. I haven't done anything BTC or much directional. Is there really a limit to how much bundles I can do with benefit toward girth? Let's say that I was to do bundles multiple times a day. Would each session benefit toward my pumping later that day? Or does it wear off at some point the preparation? Thanks.

You can do bundled stretches before a girth routine to loosen up your tissue, and in that way see bigger expansion during your girth sessions.

Personally I'm not doing it, but it can be beneficial if you have that time.

When you say 'it' do you mean multiple sessions a day? Bundled stretching is in the 5x5x3 for girth. Is there other prep for girth training? Is bundled the best use of time if you are at desk and have hands free but paying attention to something else?

If you are only focusing on girth you should use bundled stretches as a warm up.

I think you need some structure. For me it worked on focusing on length first and then girth. I did some girth before length as well, before I even had found mattersofsize.com.

If you are focusing on girth focus on that then. Being focused and having high intensity is really important. Doing active PE when you are focusing on something else will not be effective.

Prep for girth work would be warming up your tissue, that is one reason that water pumping is so much superior then air pumping. I like warming myself up in front of an interior car heater.

Hey guys, not trying to hijack the thread, but I'm trying hard to follow along. I think I'm still very confused exactly how a bundled stretch works, and how to do it.

Everything I search for about it seems to not load, or isn't there, assumes a basic level of info I don't have, or maybe I'm searching the wrong way.
It's encouraging to hear how you all have made and continue to make gains with it, I'm just a bit lost with how to make sure I'm doing it correctly. Any help finding that basic info would be much appreciated.

I saw part of a video explanation once, but I feel like I'm still missing some info and I'm nervous to start cranking on it not knowing what I'm doing.

As always, thanks for any guidance for us that are still learning, and for the patience to explain.. we all start somewhere.

Thanks for re-posting. Maybe I'm just having some information overload, and I've never gotten the hang of forums for some reason.

Thanks again, hopefully with practice it'll start to make sense.

Things will become clear as you practice. Things can seem overwhelming at first but it will soon become clear to you

You find a menu at the top or to the left (using a mobile device). Look under Resources and programs, here will you find the most important information.

I do bundles. 360 degree turn. And I stretch for 10 mins while maintaining the bundle. 1 min stretches. Up, down, left and right.
Then rest
Then reverse the bundle direction. Hold for 10 mins and do the same routine.
Is this ok?

Sounds great! You will do fine to keep up the good work

Thanks man. I'm primarily focused on length. I may do a girth routine once a week
I t is smart to go after what you want first. This allows for total dedication to that which you want most.
