Bundled Stretches: bundles or stretch force??

Hey fellas,

I was recently experimenting with bundled stretches and had a bit of a query that I'd appreciate some of your viewpoints on. Here goes.......

As I see it, when I perform bundled stretches, I have 2 options:

1) Apply fewer bundles (maybe 1-1.5 twists), but increase the force of the outward stretch to near-maximum.

OR

2) Apply many more bundles (3-4 twistsor more), with greater rotational force emphasised on the twists themselves, but at much lower outward stretch force.

In an ideal world I would be trying to maximise BOTH outward stretch force, as well as the rotational force of the twists, but this is VERY difficult and ends up with me losing grip altogether.

So my question: which should I be emphasising as a priority to maximise the effectiveness of bundled stretches: the force of the outward stretch (with fewer twists), or more force on the twists (with less outward stretch)??

As goinfor11x7 said, using a grip with the best stability will result in a much more intense stretch. Using bundles is only effective with maximum stretch when there is enough room on the shaft to make a stretch with some movement.
