bumps on scrotum?

first off ive never had sex, just head, and hj, butt on the like part of my scrotum right at the base of the penis theres like white bumps that look like zits, i researched and couldnt find much info, i dont think its the thing thats like pearly penile papules or something, but not sure so i thought what thell ill ask on here.....anyone know anything about these?

Your whole scrotum should be covered in little white bumps its normal.

Hair follicles . They are perfectly normal !

thats what i thought, but some are bigger than usually and when pushed or popped a lil string of white fowl smelling stuff comes out, and one i messed with one time got a lil purple do these go away?

they were annoyin me so i tried poppin one yesterday and now its a lil purple someone tell me if theyll go away ive had em a whileee and not just little ones

Best leave them alone.
They won't go away.

all right but what makes some bigger than others like some are the size of a crumb while 2 or 3 are the size of a pea?

Could possibly be ingrowing hairs but if you have some the size of peas i would go to the doctor and get them checked out.

These are called pearly penile papules and are nothing to worry about ...
They lubricate the glans.
Some men only have one or two papules ; others have a ring of them !
