BTC Bundled Stretching + SSJ

Hi everyone. I've tried a lot of things over the past few years, but now I'm going to attempt a specific routine for a few months. In the first half, I do BTC bundled stretching. When I'm completely flaccid, I can rotate 720 degrees, and I grip it with a paper towel (this has worked well) by reaching underneath my thigh. Then I grab my right hand with my left behind my back, and do squats while also bending forward somewhat from the torso. I came up with this to be able to exert the maximum possible pulling force. But since this is quite tiring, afterward I sit down on it in this stretched-out state (this is called a "fowfer"). I do 3×10 minutes of this. Then comes the second part, which is also about half an hour, either 3×10 minutes of clamping or SSJ. Interestingly, right now I feel that SSJ causes significantly more engorgement and expansion than clamping. I warm up very thoroughly before and between all exercises. Basically I want to gain girth, but hopefully the stretching will also produce some length gain. (Current stats: 18.5 BPEL and 13.5 MSEG.)

I do the BTC manual stretches exactly like that.

SSJ with pumping is king. I gained 1cm in girth over the last six months doing 5x5x3

Great to see you're switching different methods and combinining them to optimize your workout. Rather than using a paper towel, get a flexible rubber wrapping, like the Theraband or equivalent (yellow color) to enhance the gripping needs and the comfort level. Paper towels do have good traction, but the removal of the moisture will eventually cause the micro abrasion to hurt and scar your skin surface. during heavy contortion load.
