Whats up guys, I've got this length routine that I've been toying around with. I started with 15 min on ligs, 15 on tunica. I've toned it down to 10 ligs, 10 on tunica. Time is an issue with me and getting those peskey half-woodies always makes my sessions go longer than the actually amount of time spent stretching. I also get really bored doing the same stretches, and I feel this is enough to feel like I've accomplished something. I've recently incorperated erect stretches. I do as many of these as I can during a 12 min clamping session. Usually about 8 for 30 sec each. My question is, is there any reason to take days off from stretching with a routine like this? I've heard many times that you can stretch the flaccid dick as much as you want with out any negative effects, but will it be benificial to not give it any rest days? Everytime I start my stretching routine I feel a good burn through the first 5 or so stretches then it dies off, is this normal or am I in need of a break? Sorry guess that turned out to be more than 1 question.
