This might be a stupid question, but when you gain flaccid size do you also gain Erect length?

More of a question for @DLD but I would assume so. If your flaccid length is getting longer it most likely means your ligs are getting longer, which means your erections will most likely be longer.

1 Month Measurement


Starting Stats - June 1, 2020


BPEL: 6.25"
EG: 5.5"

Current Stats - July 1, 2020

BPEL: 6.75" +0.5"
EG: 5.5"



I tried taking pics but it I kept losing my erection - I promise these measurements are legit.

So far everything seems to be working. Half an inch in length in just one month, I think I only took one full day off. No gains with girth, I'm not really surprised with that because I had to basically cut girth out of my routine and lower the intensity because of that thombrosed vein. Will be kicking up the intensity moving forward.

Next measurement: August 1

Cameras and a meauring devices create (erection) killer combinations...! Well done on the gains! Keep up the good work buddy!

There seems to be a correlation for me (my bpfsl appears to be staying a half an inch ahead of my bpel). From what I've read, that seems to be a reasonable rule of thumb, but it might not be the case for everyone.

Yes sir it is all relative. What can happen is your flaccid size may not change with your erect size if you do not put in work for your flaccid size. I suggest you also include the testicle health massage and stretch, this will train your flaccid penis to gang and heavier and longer

@DLD - now that I'm doing 5x5x3 every night, should I hold off from doing jelqs during my morning routine? My dick feels great and my EQ is beyond 100%, I just don't want to be overtrain girth. I mainly threw them into the morning routine to relieve some fluid retention from hanging and feed my dick some blood. I feel I treat it more of a therapeutic exercise post length than actually trying to hit girth twice a day. Let me know what you think even though I already know you used to (or still do) PE for 12+ hours a day lol.

5x5x3 is by far my favorite PE workout, I literally look forward to doing it every night. What's your favorite PE workout/exercise to do?

Instead of using a C-ring today I had a 1" diameter SiliSleev that was all beat up and basically unwearable at this point so instead of throwing it out I cut it so that it is around 1 inch long (from curved end) and threw that around the base of my shaft after Jelq/SSJ before entering the pump. I was even able to hit well above the 18 mark in the x7 where the last line is before the top of the BM. It made everything so much more comfortable and then I threw it right back on after my last set to retain expansion in place of a c-ring. I think I will do this moving forward.
