Thanks for doing this. I’m still trying to figure out routine, but yours is similar t9 the one I do without hanging. Thanks for sharing.

I cut back on hanging because I haven't had enough time during the day this month because work has been picking up. Right now I'm just trying to at least get 2 stretch sessions in and a Bathmate session in each day. I will most likely pick it up more next month, plus I'm curious to see if I will still see gains without hanging and worry about throwing it in later on when I start to plateau.
 
What are you using for wrap?

This is the most comfortable wrap in my opinion, it has a gel like padding on inside of the wrap.

I cut it right down the middle all the way to the end. It essentially gives you two wraps to switch off with. Also making the wrap around 1 inch thick makes for a nice even wrap all the way down to the base and back up without it getting it worn out. Keep the one you're not using spun up so it keeps its integrity.
 
Good thinking! I’m using the Uncle Jim wrap in conjunction with a 2” piece of LG Hanger silicone sleeve. Keeps the appendage from turtling and keeps the base of penis exposed for easier wrapping. In my opinion, the ADS is way to uncomfortable to wear for hours at a time.

Wrap

Decided to try something different tonight. The clamping also helped with making sure I was entering the BM at 100% every time and even helped me push way further then where I've been stuck at in the Bathmate. Expansion was great and ended it off with some wet jelq's to get rid of any fluid retention.

It’s so awesome that we have learned that using a jelq exercise can work out all fluid retention. Happy to hear you had good expansion
