Blood thinners for thrombosis?

I am trying to get rid of this thrombosis vein on the right side of my penis and I was wondering if someone could suggest some blood thinners that I could take. Either in food or in some local drug store pills. Also, can I massage the thrombosed vein when flaccid or does it have to be erect to have any effect on breaking down the clot. I works like a charm and can be taken daily with no issues to prevent thrombosis from happening again.

You will want to massage when completely flaccid.
