Blood thinners for thrombosis?

I am trying to get rid of this thrombosis vein on the right side of my penis and I was wondering if someone could suggest some blood thinners that I could take. Either in food or in some local drug store pills. Also, can I massage the thrombosed vein when flaccid or does it have to be erect to have any effect on breaking down the clot. Thanks brothers, all advice will be taken with gratitude.

Omega3 fatty-acid (chia, flax, hemp, walnut, salmon, tuna, ...) and vitamin K1 (anything green: broccoli, spinach, brussel sprouts, avocado) are natural blood thinners.

Baby aspirin is also a safe, blood thinner that we use for Thrombosis.

Does the baby aspirin work well? Also, when massaging the thrombosed vein can I be flaccid when massaging it or does it have to be erect? Cause I can see the vein when flaccid as well

I works like a charm and can be taken daily with no issues to prevent thrombosis from happening again.

You will want to massage when completely flaccid.

And it will still help thin the blood in the thrombosis vein that I already have right?
