Blood retention and cell death

Can someone explain me what exactly is cell death i read it from hanging forums im a bit worried because i jelq with a tight silicone sleeve on my penis for 1hs im experiencing a decrease in EQ and after i take off the silicone i feel like anesthetized , maybe a short piece of tube at the base would be better instead of a large one
 
Any time you restrict ALL blood circulation into or out of the penis, you risk cell death and tissue damage. Hence the limitation of 15-20 minutes for a hanging set with the hangers that work best aka compression hangers.

So, don't do anything that totally cuts off all blood circulation to the penis for longer than that time frame without restoring full blood circulation and you'll be fine.
 
Well , after all i dont have to jelq for 1hs but i like to do it while i masturbate so i can go on and on maybe i should take off the tube every 20mins

Follow this warning as it is on point. The last thing you want to do is hurt yourself especially with tissue at risk. You only have one penis unless you have to LOL
 
DLD , do you think that what im doing with the silicone tube will work for girth i mean i see my penis swollen when i have it on so the process is taking place , i will do sets of 20mins taking the tube off every those 20mins to restore blood flow , i need to know if its working for what i describe as i said my penis is hell fat no big science the process is taking place , as you said "put more blood into it and will become thicker" i just need to be sure im not wasting my time but at the same time i think any kind of work we do on our penis for silly can look it will make it bigger no matter what , do you remember "if you pull it its gonna get longer , if you force more blood into it its gonna get thicker".

You just dont remember , i'll never forget.

As long as you don't go beyond 20-30 minutes you will be fine. Be sure to massage your penis after to work out and retention and such.

I have to smile to myself inside as I read this thread. Brings back memories when I first started clamping back in something like 2003? and I clamped for something in the region of 30 mins in one go and my knob was going purple ... no damage done, but it was a warning that I pushed it too far.

However, what I have since noticed, is I can go for this duration now and not see that coloration ... I can go longer before it becomes discolored.

Does cell death kills libido or is this fukin clonazepam to sleep i was playing around with the silicone sleeves for girth and i think it was too tight

Get rid of jelqing. Don't believe the silicon sleeve will help with jelqing. You want a functioning penis.
 
Indeed , im sure the tight sleeves i was using for sets just as hanging but for girth killed my libido due to constant circulation cut

A silicone sleeve should never be so tight as to cut off the circulation. Where did you purchase your sleeves? I bought some of those 'flaccid jackets' one time. They are so tight it is laughable. Basically unusable. I contacted them and complained and they assured me that the issue had been addressed/corrected. They sent me out a replacement sample... same thing. I am using the sleeves Bandit made these days. You can wear them for hours and your glans won't even get cold to the touch.
 
I used this one from base to preputial scar where my remains of thrombosis are at with the intention of gaining girth this way sets of 20mins just like hanging had some libido issues and left fap for 1 week also i take clonazepam to sleep

Sometimes people need to experiment so let’s let them have their room because they may come out with something much better than we ever dreamed. I am always thinking of new ways to make things faster and safer. I like when other people put forth effort to create exercises or equipment that will enhance PE for the better.
