Blood Flow and removing the SG after two hours

Wondered if any of you can guide me. I read somewhere, not sure exactly where, that after two hours of using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] it should be removed to allow blow flow. Certainly, blood flow is important. Is blood flow prevented if the device isn't removed? Do most of you remove it after two hours or is it safe to keep it on all day long except for occasional loosing for bathroom breaks? If you remove the device, for how long do you keep it off? Do you massage yourself to stimulate the blood flow then put it on? Trying to learn about the best way to do this. Thanks for any guidance you can provide.
 
Wear it as long as you can without your glans going numb or cold. For most people this is about an hour, 2 is the longest I've gone. When you take it off do some manual stretches 30sec each direction and 25 rotary cranks to restore blood flow. If you feel ready you can put it back on right after that. I like to take about 15-30 min break then do another round of manual stretches and put it back on.
 
theres no possible way u could keep it on non stop. Wearing it longer, usually depends on how tight you wrapped. Wrapping looser I've found has let me keep it on for about an 1.5 to 2 hours on full tension.... I've also found the velcro strap to be the most comfortable + most time I can keep it on for contrary to the noose style. I used the comfort strap which i didnt really like due to it always not having that secure feeling and that anxiety of it un doing itself in public and then falling out.........

I also think taking it off for recirculation gives awesome opportunity to get some highly, angular stretches in like Behind The Cheeks and Rotaries...this will definitely increase the speed of gains.
