My only question is am I doing enough, I remember you saying you were doing PE for 8 hours a day !
Was it all active work or some was passively performed like keeping extended periods of healing?

Mostly what I did was do the 5x5x3
3 time's a day. All other time, I was experimenting with many different exercises.So I filled the rest of my day with all those things. But the 5x5x3 was the main exercises

Wear silicone ring for few hours

If you have more edema at the end, switch the pressure around. Start with 5inHg, then up to 8inHg, then down to 6inHg.

Yea was thinking that a lot of time passed from the last time I did girth !
Was wondering if came from that break in routine
I was primarily focusing on length but I’m going to switch things around a bit to confuse my body!
