Looks like you found your approach. Most don't understand that it doesn't require you to be constantly in the upper high pressures past 10inHg all the time to get the results you want. It's about manipulating the pressures to match your body's needs at each PE journey period. Great job figuring things out.

@DLD how long did you them for and what was your routine?
I used them daily doing the SRT routine

No, that's Power Jelq, Horse Jelq, or just plain old double OK grip jelq.

Reverse kegel is when you bare down on the pelvic tissues, like you're taking a piss or a dump. Kegel is when you squeeze.
 
Yes added girth and length from where I started!
I was fairly large in the beginning so growth seems minimal
I can relate the bigger I got. The more difficult it was to make growth. So I had to take some drastic means to make growth happen. I used SRT three times a day and that got me growing again.

Yeah, I would train about eight hours a day, every day, and I truly believe this was my secret to success. Everyone's different but for me, three times of doing that workout, busted through the plateaus I was going through

Thank you ! I think twisted bundles are a great way to add length, little uncomfortable at first but keeping it twisted for ten minutes straight really allowed for the tissue to become more flexible it appears!
I measured before session came in at 8.75 BpEL
Measure after session and came in at 9.25 BpEL
My erect measurement is all over the place I imagine EQ has a lot to do with that?
 
Wow what a great measurement! Bundles are awesome and everyone should do them.But they do take some practice before you perfect them.
