Huge expansion today but suffered from bit of edema
 
Is the edema counts for the total size or the expansion is based on the internal expansion? You can tell right away by measuring near the base of the penis, where edema plays very little influence compared to the rest of the penis because of the more flexible foreskin.

When I measure after a session to check expansion I measured mid shaft should I measure base and under glans to account for water retention?
My puffy water retention is always just under ridge near glans after session for about 3-4 hours

Measure once just below the middle point of the shaft, and another one at the base for additional info. The segment closest to the base of the penis has the least amount of influence of edema.

Very common. Terminal point, the penile glans, and thinner foreskin get the most edema influences.

To deal with edema is through deep tissue massage. Make sure your penis is in flaccid state. You can also use some warm oil to help with the massage, it is more pleasurable to use oil than not.

Thanks DLD yea most days I just let it subside by its own as I’m use to it being around for few hours and I’m generally at work as I perform my PE in the morning hours

You are very welcome. if that is the case, then I see no reason to do anything else. But if it does take more time than a day, I would simply say, you should continue doing deep tissue massages. But if it's gone within a few hours, I wouldn't worry about doing anything at all.
 
I would say around 70 percent had hard time maintaining erection today

For the next 2 to 3 pumping sessions, reduce to the low 7inHg and the high at 8inHg. This is just to recover the EQ. After that, vary your pumping from 7, 8, 9, and 10. Spend a bit less time on the 10inHg.

Not sure why can’t break this from 5.5 to 6 in girth very frustrating
 
Don't worry about breaking through yet, but simply working up to the size. We think that we can break through simply by pumping to force our warys through. In reality, it's about working from the inside using positive pressure first before using negative pressure.

Hey @DLD, looking through the old exercises, I think we're missing about 15 girth exercises. Mind checking over the girth exercises again and see if you can recall any missing ones? I believe there are 6 crucial exercises that were lost in the hijacks pertaining to our brother here.
