Also it is ok to measure flaccid stretch bone pressed as a way to see if your gained with the routine you're using. it's ok to measure erect girth to make sure your seeing good expansion.
lol yea she’s definitely noticed a difference lately and as far as PE i been off and on for a little while now but definitely had no structure or progress plans since I joined this awesome community I have been working almost daily !Everything looks good to me. I have a goal 9 by 6 but that means I would have to be 9.5 Bp by after session 6.25 based on my ratios now girth is going to be my hardest considering I stated kinda long at 7.6 inches

Generally hang half hour then perform vacuuming and SSJ 5by3 then wear c ring for few hrs afterwards
