Be sure to massage out the edema. Use a bit of oil and massage your flaccid penis until it is gone.

Feel like I’m stuck when I wake I’m 6.5 bpfl
After a hang im 7.5 bpfl
I’m not stretching to measure but don’t feel like I’m getting much gains during erection phase
Also girth seems stuck at 5.75 after a girth expansion session and in morning only 5.25 really need to get to 5.75 in morning goal is 9by 6
 
The difference will remain through your life but it will be proportional to erect size. So once you cement 7.5 I guarantee you will see the same proportional difference at about .5" just keep trying and wrapping.

Also it is ok to measure flaccid stretch bone pressed as a way to see if your gained with the routine you're using. it's ok to measure erect girth to make sure your seeing good expansion.

Everything looks good to me. You're so close to the damage mode that the wife may need surgery to handle the size you're penis. How long have you been training?

lol yea she’s definitely noticed a difference lately and as far as PE i been off and on for a little while now but definitely had no structure or progress plans since I joined this awesome community I have been working almost daily !
I have a goal 9 by 6 but that means I would have to be 9.5 Bp by after session 6.25 based on my ratios now girth is going to be my hardest considering I stated kinda long at 7.6 inches

Passive training about 1 hr a day and static about two hours a day
Generally hang half hour then perform vacuuming and SSJ 5by3 then wear c ring for few hrs afterwards
 
Session 55 5 minutes red light
30 minutes hang 6 lbs
5 minutes vac 6 lbs
5 minutes SSJ
5 minutes 8-10 hg
5 minutes SSJ
5 minutes 10-11 hg

Strong stretch today 9 in registers in 10 inch pump
