Five minutes vac 9-10 hg

I’m going to do this for a few weeks until new nerves start to develop
Take your time and be gentle in your approach. Increase intensity and/or time as you get used to the routine.

Not sure if my tube is too large for me to properly grow girth it’s 2-1/8! Wide or does a larger tube help with girth ?

It will force your penile shaft to expand for girth through negative pressure. Make sure to compensate with positive pressure using SSJ. There must be a balance.
