Finally figured that I can wear a silicone sleeve all day without edema or loss of blood flow if I push it down about 1 inch away from my glans and let my skin fold to hold back my glans from turtleneck !

Glans slightly colder than rest of my shaft but not changing any color and showing sings of blood flow loss !

Try not to measure too often and simply focus on the routines. Let you body get into the rhymth first and stress less. Worrying about not gaining will simply cause the stress hormones to take over. Simply set your mind to into a mode where you don't see gain, try different method. Don't stress over it. It's like we try to lose weight and keep it off. If one method don't work, don't stress. Switch to a different method. If we see the method works, tweak the method to maximize it.

So far, your routine provides a good approach. Set your positive thinking that direction. After another month, if you don't see any gains with length or girth, we'll find the switch up of method and routine.

Although I feel as much as I work out, I should be 12 inches already. Maybe I’m just causing stress with little growth. I mean I guess I can’t complain after session today I measured bone press it was 9 1/4 inches again. I guess I’m just looking to be at 10 or even 9 x 6 non bone press

Be patient brother. The body fluctuate constantly during stress loading until the body adopts to the new level of workout. When you reach the point where you need to take a long break, things will suddenly show up. However, keep at it, and we'll switch up the routine soon.
