Interesting why i turtle after red light for 5 minutes wake up with a good hang from morning wood then red light therapy then Pe session but trying to figure out what causes penis to retract

When the penis has a chance to reset itself, it will do it. During red light therapy, the heat may not be enough to keep the blood flowing, or the heat may be too high. The penis is reacting to the low or high temperature by retracting and reseting momentarily.

Simply give it a good jelq to keep the blood flowing while using the red light, and if it turles right after, keep giving a few jelqs to keep the penis elongated.

Perfect advice! Another thing to consider is everyone has this issue after a hard workout this is why wrapping is so important it will prevent shrinkage while cementing your gains. God bless you my brother
 
Are you trying to gain length and girth well if you trying to gain length,use a pump that's close to your flaccid girth and pump for length and you should at more hanging sets.Are if you have the lengthmaster which I have is the best equipment on the market in my opinion no need for blisters from vacuum strechers are 4 to 5 hours with a extender you can control more force with the pulling and twisting of the lengthmaster.

Pumping for me just gave me girth gains but all my years of pumping i only used a 12 by 2.25 cylinder i never used a cylinder that I could pack in 2 minutes. I first brought a lengthmaster in 2020 in i hang with it and had blood coming out of my urethra and it scared me and I stop using it.Than I read on the forum that I had to let it heal and try it again,trust me the lengthmaster has a learning curve to it.Once i learned how to use the lengthmaster i love it.

Good luck on yours goals and don't forget to record your sessions as you do them and post it and keeps you motivated.

No don't ditch hanging you can hang with the lengthmaster and you can hang bundled you can manual pull by twisting which up the intensity. This lengthmaster which dld created is one of a kind no other hanger is better than this.

That in one way and you will do fine by it. Many men have gone this route and did very, very well with it.

Be patient. Cementing varies from person to person. No need to be in a hurry. Slower cementing time tends to provide greater permanent results since the body recalculates how much more tissue to build up for permanent part of your body.

It's true.Sometimes cementing does take longer than we wish, but it will always work if you're consistent with your maintenance. Some take one month and others take up to 3 months. So be patient and consistent, as you wait. The arrival of what you want to cement.

Is there anything that I can take to help with this process?

There are two methods, which is both passive and active. Using the coban and ACE medical tape wraps, the penis is forced to remain constantly elongated and expanded very lightly all day long. This is similar to having a cocking and an extender on at a lower traction level. It's something close to wearing the DuroSleev with a light restriction at the base of the penis to slow the blood flow down to around 50%.

The active portion is to wear an extended or stretcher with very minimal traction load. Rather than she 900g of traction force, it's closer to 600g. It's something close to having a small potato in terms of weight yanking on your penis all day.

Aside from this two expedited methods, keep using red light therapy to accelerate cell regrowth and keep your nutrients up to fuel the cells.

Looks like you found your approach. Most don't understand that it doesn't require you to be constantly in the upper high pressures past 10inHg all the time to get the results you want. It's about manipulating the pressures to match your body's needs at each PE journey period. Great job figuring things out.

I like to keep it in the swollen position as I know it’s where the majority of the growth happens but I get really nervous about clots!
Does this look like it’s slowing down the blood flow to much I know it’s really dark red almost purple but if I push the head it turns white and immediately fill back up with blood so I’m sure it’s moving out but not sure fast enough to not worry!

Ease up a bit. Turning slightly dark red to purplish red means the blood is running out of oxygen and it's not cycling in fast enough.
