Will do been getting little frustrated but I’m all goodTry to stick with one routine, different exercises or slightly change things up, for at least 2 months. Once you know it's not working, that's when you change your approach. Try not to measure too often and simply focus on the routines. Let you body get into the rhymth first and stress less. Worrying about not gaining will simply cause the stress hormones to take over. Simply set your mind to into a mode where you don't see gain, try different method. Don't stress over it. It's like we try to lose weight and keep it off. If one method don't work, don't stress. Switch to a different method. If we see the method works, tweak the method to maximize it.
So far, your routine provides a good approach. Set your positive thinking that direction. After another month, if you don't see any gains with length or girth, we'll find the switch up of method and routine.
