Went to see a traveling adult entertainment actress who was visiting my city (i.e. escorting) and we started talking about the business (she's a MILF and has been in it for a while now). She started talking about the amount of black guys in the business and their "deformed" dicks. I asked her what does she mean by that and she said a number of these guys have sickle cell disease which causes their penis to get big. Problem is they never get really hard even with medication. She specifically mentioned Mandigo and said he's always sickly during shoots and it's a nightmare to get him hard.

This blew me away but I don't know how accurate her assessment is since she really, really hates blacks.

BTW, sickle cell on its own does not make the penis grow, its actually sickle cell induced priapism, that leads to megaphallus.
Race is not a factor in cases like these.

There are two diseases that cause priapism: SCD, Leukemia (very rare) .

In the USA out of 100,000 people who have SCD , 3 are not white. They are "Caribbean Hispanic" (black most likely).
So explain to me in lay man's terms how this is not a race thing? At least in the USA where , you know, most black on white adult entertainment is shot.

Diabetes hits blacks and Latinos way harder than whites and cancer hits whites more often. They also have biological weapons that discriminate their targets.

It is mostly Black men that this afflicts. It is not a good thing in 99% of the time. There are exceptions where men have been able to become larger and become erect despite the disease, like Shane Diesel. In most cases, unchecked, the penis become impotent.

Sickle cell anemia is more common in certain ethnic groups, including: People of African descent, including African-Americans (among whom 1 in 12 carries a sickle cell gene) Hispanic-Americans from Central and South America. People of Middle Eastern, Asian, Indian, and Mediterranean descent.
