OK make sure you take a very good initial measurement and put that into your progress log. That’s going to be imperial evidence of your growth. You have every available tool but let’s concentrate on length first.
I would like to keep this routine is close to SRT as possible so we take advantage of all the healing and gaining techniques.
LengthMaster Stretching
30 minutes
5 minutes of each stretch

Straight Out

Choose from list 2 exercises you are most comfortable with.
Manual Stetching
Erect Stretches 5 minutes 3-4 days a week
Behind The Cheeks Stretching 5 minutes daily
DLD Blasters 5 minutes daily
SiliStretcher Stretching
After training wear at full intensity for 1 hour. After that wear it passively for as many hours as possible, even at night. When I say passive I mean at a moderate tension. Why do you want to do this is to cement or make peryour length gains.
Last but not least do the testicle health massage and stretch every day for five minutes. This exercise is found in the Newbie Routine. This exercise will help you get a much heavier longer flaccid penis.
and do not skip Kegels! As many as you can possibly do. These will give you very hard erections.

First real day back. Life sorta got the best of me as did many. Noticed my biggest problem is I will do a full intensity stretch with silistretcher and I do not finish with the passive stretch. Notice this hinders length and Girth gains.
Honestly have seen progress though. My flaccid girth is a cemented 4.5. I remember when it was 3.7. erect girth hovering around 5.
Think I will be eliminating full intensity with the sili-stretcher and only using passive. think it will better benefit me while seeking girth gains.
Girth gain goal remains the same 6in. Length 7.3. Have a lot of work to do.
Will be utilizing the routines you have given me above.
