1. for sure it helps with healing, that's a fact
2. On PE we still need more research on why it is working so well
2a. Either it heats up well and shortens your sessions, so same workout but less time
2b. Or the heat in general helps with gains

With just one of those reasons it is enough to make it a habit
 
Sounds like I could get rid of the rice sock. That's a pain. I just bought a LM. I've had one before, but It was hurting me do to past surgeries. So im gonna give it another shot. I know it works. The girl I was dating started squirting after about 2 months using the LM. So im gonna try to figure out how to keep from pulling so hard and affecting the surgical areas. Might get the red light next month.
