MOSRED Benefits of Red/NIR light therapy

100% that is correct. Even on days where i may not have time to do any real sort of pe i will still get a 5 minute session in at least in the morning & night just for recovery purposes.

My biggest hope with it & happy surprise was that after using the Red/NIR light for a little while initially, as well as using my Bathmate, i saw discolouration that i was absolutely certain would never fade/disappear actually go away completely!! Like no joke i had two black/purple spots on the underside of my glans that were there for years due to using the old Sizegenetics with the noose/strap system, long wear time + high tension & ignoring discomfort were the culprits, it looked like I'd taken a felt tip marker & dotted my glans, i was sure it was dead tissue or blood that had gotten trapped & couldn'tbe expelled. Anyways, completely erased them & they never reappear even with
heavy lengthmaster work which would sometimes exacerbate the already darkened spots & add new spots, i never do a workout without it these days.

Oh thank you for this. There is a spot on my glans as well and I need to take rest in order for it to go away. I think I have no choice but to get the MOS-RED now. This is good news. No choice at all to not get it.

Like how many times a day do use red light therapy total? Do you think 20 minutes a day is fine?

My typical use would be to have it on for 5 - 10 minutes before LengthMaster stretching & then straight after stretching, use again for another 5 - 10 minutes before jumping into the SiliStretcher, then again when im finished wearing it for the day, usually about 6 - 7hrs later, another 5 - 10 minutes.

Depending on whether I'm doing 1 long session in the Bathmate or breaking it up into 5x5x3 I'll use it differently accordingly, if it's 1 pump 20 minutes long I'll start at a medium pressure & gradually build up to max pressure over that 20 minutes & just have the light pretty much pressed up against the tube the whole 20 minutes but if it 5x5x3 I'll only have it on while I'm in the pump for 5 minutes at max pressure & off again during the manuals part as at the moment I'm not doing the SSJ in between pumps, i just edge & get ready for the next 5 minute pump.

You will find what's optimal for yourself, i think the official max usage recommendation is no more than 20 minutes at a time spaced at least 6hrs apart but it's not so much as harmful to overuse but you start seeing diminishing results outside of those timeframes.

The longest I've used the light straight is 30 minutes while i did my LengthMaster stretches, it was fine but after about 15 minutes you do start to get that 'hot and bothered' feeling like you've been standing in the sun for a bit too long, the light box will stay cold but your skin/tissues will definitely warm up, the light penetrates about 1 - 2 inches deep, i did watch a video where 2 old blokes explained the difference between topical heat like a wheat pack you put in the microwave & the Red/NIR box, I'll see if i can find it.
