I'm currently doing Bends, would it be smart to conclude that since we're basically creating a fulcrum, that these could also create tunica length gains?
I'm also going to try something new with the bends and seperate my penis ( in my head of course ) into 3 parts: Upper, middle & base, and I'll bend each of those parts for 30 secs. Anybody ever try this?
