Any recommendations on how to deal with the (ridiculously) long belt?

I'm about a 32" waist. And when it's at it's shortest it barely can keep me between green and yellow.

Granted I'm not obese but it's kind of crazy at its shortest length it doesn't deal with someone with my narrow hips.

I can only assume you are talking about the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]Phallosan[/words] belt, because you did not clarify. Pull the belt up higher, over your hips. Or, if that doesn't work, you can always add some padding to take up slack. But I have a 34" waist, and I can easily get my PF into the red, and my dick is well over 8" in a flaccid stretch. So, unless you're incredibly long, you just need to adjust.

Yes the PF belt. I'm shorter than you... And it's resting where it really needs to rest. I can't raise it up over my stomach as it will just make its way back down.

The belt system is a good design. It's just way too long in my opinion.

As Fill stated, I would try adding some padding between you and the belt. You could also try adding some [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words] wrap to the foam ring to take up some slack

Custom belts can be made by taking a trip to a sewing/arts and crafts store. You will find many belt designs and different belt textiles. The store called Michael's has a huge selection of creative modification for the belt issues.

I just thought about this but you could also buy a piece of Velcro like is on the belt and if you are handy with a sewing machine or have a SO that is you could sew that piece in front of the other piece and it would allow you to take the belt up some more

The best way to adjust the tension is to loop the belt around the body and connect it to the bell like normal. Then grab the bell and pull on it until you hit the desired color zone. Now hold it there while you slide your hand under the belt and move it around behind your back in the direction of the ring. While still holding the bell remove your hand from underneath the belt. Let go of the bell and the spring tension should stay loaded. What you are doing is using the friction between the skin and the belt to hold the tension.

Thank you for your responses.

1) I've stuffed a small rolled up towel between my belt, and while that might help, it really is ridiculous to have to do that and it's not exactly comfortable or conducive to being out and about. It can work yes, but it's not a great solution.

2) I of course have done what Randolpho suggests. But that friction against my body, over a short amount of time actually, will give way to the pulling from the other side. The static friction just isn't enough to counteract the difference in elastic forces on either end of the friction region.

3) I know of Michael's of course... I've bought stuff there for other [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] attempts. I wonder if they have some amazing tool that would let me bunch up part of the belt.

4) Sewing would be a good solution, I'd have to take it to a seamstress... Not going to take it to my sister who I think has a sewing machine. I don't need those questions.

Overall though it's just really stupid to have this problem. At it's longest length, and by the time you stretch it to give it tension, you literally would need to be Jabba the Hut to wear it like that. The damn belt is way too long.

Thanks again for the ideas.

Hit Michaels and let your imagination go wild. It is always a good thing to bring a new solution to the PE table.

I can't quite figure out why you can't create enough tension with a 32" waist and the belt adjusted to its minimum length. I have roughly a 34" waist and my adjustment slider is situated about 2 inches past the midpoint on the side nearest to the loop.

Adjust your belt to its shortest length and measure it. Here's a picture of mine below at that length for reference.

Exactly, when there is no way invent it! Michaels and HomeDepot are worth going to just to get ideas!

Another good idea, thanks.

Yesterday I managed to get a really good 10 hour stretch, in the yellow area for the most part.

I have to use a second layer of silicon over the protective cap. That damn cap is too damn short to fit my entire head in, and if I don't artificially extend it by covering it up, my skin will roll up and pinch between the cap and the bell, limiting my use to 2-4 hours at a time before the discomfort becomes substantial.

It's a shame - I have two hacks going on to make this thing usable. Can't use the "condoms" because the medium is way too small and the large can't hold a vacuum well when I'm completely flaccid. Plus I need this other silicon sheath between the cap and the outer silicone sleeve.

And of course I have to figure out how to reliably get into the yellow for hours, with a belt that was designed for people with bigger waists...

That said, with these hacks, it probably is the best [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] out there. (And I've used others).

I really do wish that protector cap was a lot longer though.

It sounds like progress and we will find a solution to the protector cap, someone will come out with a mod soon, believe me. Modification of equipment is always welcome and usually makes it a better tool. Have a Merry Christmas!

So I'm not the only one who thinks the protector cap is way too short??? I just hadn't noticed discussions on that really.

I will admit - it's robust. Has not ripped. I have almost 300 hours on it.. Mostly in short 3 hour periods.. (Don't wear it at work)

So overall, a fair amount of on and offs...

Now that I've made it more like the AutoExtender... With a seal between two "parallel" silicone sleeves, the pain is much less of an issue.

I never use the protector cap. I don’t even have it as it ripped a long time ago. It isn’t necessary at all to use it. I have zero problem not using it and I go 8hr straight at least

I don’t use the condoms either. A silicone sleeve works much better.

That is good to know and I think others should try without the cap as it could solve an issue that does not need to exist.

Any recommendations for a silicone sleeve that can be used with the PF?

I found a company while looking around on the internet called Flaccidjacket. They sell a pack of 4 for $20. I have not ordered them yet but if they are what they claim, it would be great

do they come in various widths? I'd like to experiment with a slightly snugger fit and attempt using in my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X40[/words]...thinking it'll restrict girth and promote length. I'll buy one of them off you if there's a 6.75"(ish) circumference size

It only shows one size, kind of a one size fits all but I know that can't be possible. I am thinking about ordering some to see how they work.

Possibly elastic?

I'm a 32" waist as well. What is the level you want to reach for tension green, yellow or red?

I would shoot for the mid to high end of green for at least the first week or so. Or follow the manufacturer's guidelines. Just give yourself a bit of time to get use to it.

Damn, I wish I had a 32" waist! 38" just won't drop. I have started a new diet so hopefully I can get to 34".

I zipped-past a 32 waist in my early 20's (all through High School I bought 501 shrink-to-fit 31/36)...a steady progression to 36/38 ensued

Make sure to have healthy such as coconut oil and avocados. That's mainly what I cook with as well as put coconut oil in my coffee along with my creamer. Also try looking into things like cayenne pepper as at will help boost fat burning. Of course chicken and fish. Make sure you're having your carbs as well just not a large amount and make sure that they're the right type of carbs. Also any physical activity would help.

Thank you Mike, great advice and on point....I eat like shit. I am ceasing my fast I have been on for 9 years! I have eaten one meal a day for that long! I have started to eat 3 meals a day again and I feel my metabolism licking in a bit and I also am feeling more alert and less sluggish. Not much food, I had a protein bar for breakfast and a piece of pizza for lunch and I will eat dinner tonight. I eventually will work this into 5 meals a day, just small meals that fit into my caloric threshold to lose weight. I really need to train my lower body to be more symmetrical with my upper so I think I will concentrate on heavy weight lifting for my power body and light weight to tone my upper body. I just bought a toaster and I am going to start eating tuna fish and toast, I love this and it is cheap and healthy. I will also invest in the vegetable drinks as I hate vegetables.

Protein shakes in the morning along with some strawberries and or blueberries, one banana, some dried oats, some peanut butter, and the list goes on and on the things you can add. I can seriously make you a thousand calorie Shake of goodness. You should also look into getting a steamer as it's an easy way to make fish and vegetables taste amazing. It will come naturally once you get into the routine of eating healthy and taking fast food out of your diet your body and mind will thank you.

My eating habits may have contributed to this so I will take your advice and start to put more effort into my diet. I think that the diet I have now has compromised my immune system. I will start today, I promise, to eat better.

you may find that cooking is enjoyable...develop some 'knife-skills', buy fresh vegetables and meats on a daily basis and let your 'creative mind' loose. I looked in my fridge yesterday and all I saw was bits/pieces (some leftover chicken and rice) and I morphed that into a delicious fried rice. Peas, carrots, corn, onions, shallots, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic chili paste. EZPZ

took all of twenty minutes to prepare (and less than that to eat :))

I am a great cook, learned from my Mother. I just have extreme OCD about being clean so I never use the stove top because it would make a mess and my kitchen in brand new. I do use the oven and the microwave :) I am such a neat freak.
