Beginning with MOS pt. 2

I think I have figured it out and am going to give it a try between my last hanging set. I do 20mintes and the a 10minute rest. For tonight,
I’ve already done my first rest so will do it on my last rest to try it out.

I think I was miscalculating the weight I was hanging with. I thought it was 5lbs, but now am realizing it was more like 3.5 or 4. Which isn’t bad, I got the most gains at least weight and now time to actually increase weight to 5lbs with a known 5lbs weight.

I no longer work remote and have the privacy of my own room. but I should be able to continue hanging for a while until I start another job that’s more of a weekly job, home every night. Then it will get a little tricky.

I just got home. Have to adjust into new routine as well as recoupe from a 3 week labor intensive hitch. Might be a day or two before I’m back into full routine. Catching a short hang session today. Currently 2x20 @ 5lbs. See if I can catch another 1x20 later if I can.

I think I lost my spring hanger for the Phallosan. It might be here somewhere, but I haven’t seen it yet. Hopefully it turns up, or else my ADS is inop at the moment.
 
We start to get used to the quarantine time and all the extra time you have to get PE in. I’m agoraphobic so I rarely leave my house but I’m sure most of you people out there or getting very antsy to get out in that sunshine and have some fun. At least we know the virus is an a big deal anymore since there’s millions of people in the streets.
 
New week. Adding in an extra pound to my hanging sessions. Now at 6lbs. Hanging daily. Weekends are a little tough due to privacy. But I try to manage at least one 20 minute session. Full session if i can.

last week wasn’t great, I mostly got 40-50 minutes in daily when I’m aiming for 60+ minutes. also, losing my Phallosan Forte Spring is putting a hamper on my ADS time after hanging. I ordered a new one though.

next week week I will be doing 20minutes x 3 sets @ 7lbs. With the intention of doing an extra set sometimes during the day if privacy and time allows.

I haven’t decided on when I will do a measurement yet. Maybe I will do it this weekend.

This looks like a great routine! Just be sure to make sure you get your bundle stretching in right before you train to pre-stretch your Tunica. I suggest that you measure once every 90 days.
 
Switching to 7lbs today. Still trying to hit at least 60 minutes daily at the minimum. More if possibly. 10hrs/week is my goal, but falling short and getting 5-7 weekly. I’ve just been busy with house projects. Once that’s done, my mornings can be more devoted to PE.

I did a quick flaccid stretch measurement and saw 7.75” which was encouraging. Last time was 7.5” - note that I did have to put in effort to get a good pull and push in with the ruler a little hard. But I think I did the same thing with my last measurement, so it’s consistent.

I wish that can translate more into NBPEL - which I believe is a little over 6” - up from a little below 6” when I started. I haven’t officially done that measurement yet.

Congratulations ?.25 of an inch is a awesome gain! You can cement that I doing erect stretches. Erect stretches will close the gap between BPEL and FSBP.
 
I went two whole days with no PE. Didn’t want it to be that way, but was busy with family and couldn’t find a time to get even 20 minute hang session in.

today I am back at it. Going for 60 minutes of hang this morning @ 8lbs, I am also doing 5minutes of air pumping between sets @ 8-10hg - a bit of expressive stretching in there while in Vacuum as well. I am really trying to get one extra set in a day of 20-25 minutes. That would help me get to that 10 hrs of total hang time per week. Right now I’m around 6-7hrs.

I’m hoping two days of healing didnt hinder my progress too much.

on another note, I decided to try out one of those online blood test kits that check your hormone levels. Just want to see if I’m extremely deficient in anything. I’m 35 now, and it says certain levels start dropping after age 30. Libido is for sure down. Not necessarily erection level, but just that urge. It’s there, just not strong as it used to be. Which correlates to a weaker erection due to not being in the mood as much as I used to be. When I’m away at work for 3 weeks and come home, that’s the way I want it to be more often. my desire is strong, erection strong, big. Among other things, would like more energy, be leaner, put on more muscle. Healthier.
 
That seems strange at your age. Are you taking any other medications that may be causing this?
 
Possibly. Better diet maybe, better sleep schedule, more cardio. I don’t eat a lot of junk. Workout. But can always do more. I’ve been in the same relationship for 17 years. Sometimes things feel not as exciting. Although I love my family, I think it’s normal for a man who can have sex daily when I want to. It loses its appeal??? Maybe I should try and having sex a little less and more special each time.

You could really spice up your relationship in bed by trying different methods of foreplay and intercourse. Your love for your family is beautiful and I love how you’re searching out these issues it shows just how much you care for your wife.

This is actually a pretty good routine until you can get back into something else. How does it feel going from pump to hanger? Are you going directly or is that at a different time?
 
It feels good. The hanging makes it feel so thin, but the pump brings it back to that thick feeling. I’m stuck in the middle of what I want right now, girth or length. Both? I’m under 5” girth and I really want to hit that because there’s times I don’t feel 100% erection with the wife and i don’t like it. During times like that, I feel like I’m more around 4.5” girth, then there’s times when it is closer to 100% and I feel like its closer to around 4.75” or a bit more.

if I could get more time, I would like to keep this routine, but maybe add more stretching in the beginning, maybe increase duration and weight on the hanging and keep pump the same.

i will add a ring and use the pump to fill my penis 2-3 times after this workout. And I notice that after workout girth stays way better and sex is more enjoyable for me.
 
It’s worth mentioning I have a vac head attachment I use for hanging and it’s really easy for me to switch between the two.

That sounds incredible! Be sure to wear a cock ring after you’re done to retain your pump as long as possible so you can cement your growth
 
Alright DLD. I want girth and I’m ready to invest some time and equipment to get it. What do I need? I have an Air Pump. I can get clamps. I need decent rings. I was interested in that jelqing assist.
I can dedicate 30-45 minutes a day. Doesn’t have to be the quickest results, I just want to get to 5-5.25 MSG this year. Currently 4.625 - 4.75 at 100% erection level.
Wife and I have been having issues in our marriage, but when we come together for that 100% hard erection sex, it makes that day easier (I’m working on the other issues too) but when we have that weaker erection, thinner girth sex, it’s so so.

what do you recommend. I can get some equipment if needed, I prefer it due to time and privacy.
 
The best possible girth routine out there is the 5×5×3 but you’ll find an SRT. With this work out you should see up to an even more than 1 inch in temporary gain. Since you’re only doing girth you can do this routine twice a day. Before you even start the routine get in five minutes of bundle stretches and after you’re done with the routine do the testicle health massage and stretch found in the newbie routine. Finish it off Strapping on a cock ring and keeping it on for as long as you can keep the pump.
