I went two whole days with no PE. Didn’t want it to be that way, but was busy with family and couldn’t find a time to get even 20 minute hang session in.
today I am back at it. Going for 60 minutes of hang this morning @ 8lbs, I am also doing 5minutes of air pumping between sets @ 8-10hg - a bit of expressive stretching in there while in Vacuum as well. I am really trying to get one extra set in a day of 20-25 minutes. That would help me get to that 10 hrs of total hang time per week. Right now I’m around 6-7hrs.
I’m hoping two days of healing didnt hinder my progress too much.
on another note, I decided to try out one of those online blood test kits that check your hormone levels. Just want to see if I’m extremely deficient in anything. I’m 35 now, and it says certain levels start dropping after age 30. Libido is for sure down. Not necessarily erection level, but just that urge. It’s there, just not strong as it used to be. Which correlates to a weaker erection due to not being in the mood as much as I used to be. When I’m away at work for 3 weeks and come home, that’s the way I want it to be more often. my desire is strong, erection strong, big. Among other things, would like more energy, be leaner, put on more muscle. Healthier.
