Beat The Clock

I been doing blasters for about a month and they always take me an hour or so cause i wonder off between reps, i have to wait for a more flaccid state, it just gets time consuming and i get bored and i visualize so no sound on or t.v witch i highly recommend you feel the stretch more if you focus in on it. So while visualize i can lose track of time and it take an hour or more witch just cant work with my schedule So... I do my workout in my room where my Computer is so i used a stop watch on my pc and decided to try to finish in 50 minutes 10 minutes eatch set. Well since i was going along with the clock i found that i was being more consistant i wasnt wondering off and i was focusing more, Actualy i was stretching with more force also. I wound up finishing in 44 minutes got ahead of the clock 6 minutes. So my point is if your having trouble with this try To Beat the clock it keeps you focus and you have a great work out

its not the quantity its the quality that matters, 45 minutes of quality blasters is better then trying to force in a certain amount of reps.

15 minutes of Blasters, done with good form, is better than an hour with poor form. Slow and steady make the race.
