Bathmate stretches xtreme model

Hey, guys
I have a x40 extreme and I just started trying to do the hardcore stretches but this model has a very long comfort insert and you cant really bend the bathmate. Today I tried it without the comfort insert and the gator was very very uncomfortable against my pubic bone (i have no fat pad at all).

What do you recommend I do about this?

Anyone with the xtreme version has a solution?

Does anyone have a working link to the video on how to do them?

I ditched my 'comfort insert' long ago, but recall it had a thin, neoprene pad attached where it meets your body...maybe remove that and put it directly on the gaiter (or buy a small amount at the fabric store)

I think I cut of the excess from one of my "comfort" inserts. Didn't use it many times though, I get better workouts without. Then again, I have a fatpad which might help.
Have you tried positioning the pump with the slanted part on your pubic bone?
I usually do that and get a good seal, without pain. And yes, I have the Extreme version by the way.

The exercise is relatively straightforward though, the video could be in the Bathmate/Hydromax forum section. I quickly couldn't find it though, sorry.

This is very true and from model the model it’s true. Most men will have to find the best way to pump as far as how to position the Bathmate. Some men even have to use it upside down to get a good seal to get better vacuum. So be patient with yourself as you find the best way to use it.

Hey guys! Sorry, these last few days have been crazy.

I just started doing 10 mins with the comfort insert and 10 without it, it's in this last set that I do the stretching with the pump upside down. I think I'm starting to get a hold of it, I get pretty good suction and I haven't even started using the hand ball pump. We'll see how it goes, I'll let you know.

After today's session I had some really ugly discoloration. There's a horizontal shadow side to side, but you can see the discoloration circled.

What can I do about it? I'm thinking it'll fade away during the day

Hirudoid cream or gel could help. Light massage.
Seriously, try the 5x5x3. 10 minutes in the pump straight is "easy" as you don't change the water so often but then again you might be dealing with more fluid retention and possible discoloration.

Also ensure you are fully erect when pumping, use a condom over the penis to reduce the forces on the skin. If you dont have a silisleev, its a good alternative. Dont do long sets in one go, break it up. During the break, perform some light jelqs or whatever takes your fancy, the trick at this part is aiding circulation, which is why you have discolor.

Using the SiliSleeves are awesome with the bathmate so if your sleeve is of good quality it would definitely benefit you if not pick up a SiliSleeve.

Not at all it improves it by reducing water retention and allowing tissue expansion. Water retention is much softer than tissue expansion tissue expansion so it will hinder retention and enhance tissue growth

No, because the sleeve expands in the cylinder when you pump. It protects the outside of the penis ... the skin from the damaging forces noticed in pumping. I can say with 100% confidence having used them myself in a pump, that they do not hold back girth. I see it with my own eyes, the sleeve expands, and it protects.

What size SiliSleev do I need?
The SiliSleev currently comes in four different sizes.

The regular SiliSleev 85s are 3.3"(85mm) long and are intended to be used with exercise devices such as penis traction stretchers, penis hangers , vacuum belt extenders but can also be used for manual stretching .

The longer SiliSleeve 145s are 5.75"(145mm) long are are intended to be used for cementing penis gains and penis pumping but can also be used for everything else when it comes to exercise devices or manual stretching and jelqing.

Both the SiliSleevs 85 and 145 come in two diameters, 0.75"(20mm) & 1"(25mm).

The 0.75"(20mm) diameter is for a penis with a flaccid girth of 4”(100mm) and under.

The 1”(27mm) diameter is for a penis with a flaccid girth of 4”(100mm) and larger.

However, the smaller diameter SiliSleev stretches up to five times its size, so it can accommodate larger girths as well but will be tighter.
