I think these questions are too specific. You should ask your self, are you expanding and stretching beyond your normal length and girth? Are you increase volume of your workouts over time? Nothing is set in stone and there is no magical combination of exercises. Just make sure the intensity and increase of volume is there If you can't get fully erect you're probably over training
