bath mate broke after second day and second use

Calling the customer support is a no go and get no response so far through email. what's next step? tried to upload a pic guess it was to large. sorry I'm new to this just found this site

np, if you took pics of just the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] you dont have to label them adult and you can instanly use the generated forum thumbs

We will get you straightened out. Just so you know, the top of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] can come off and go back on...it simply snaps in.
