bath mate broke after second day and second use

my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] broke the whole top came off after the second use I tried to put pressure and the whole top came off. this w obviously a defective unit. Calling the customer support is a no go and get no response so far through email. what's next step? tried to upload a pic guess it was to large. sorry I'm new to this just found this site
 
np, if you took pics of just the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] you dont have to label them adult and you can instanly use the generated forum thumbs :)
 
if you could give me a quick tutorial on how to steps to post the pic I have used the search and tried with the different settings on the site and no luck

I will contact customer service for you, send your order information, name, address, etc. to [email protected]

We will get you straightened out. Just so you know, the top of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] can come off and go back on...it simply snaps in.
 
thanks Dld I will send you that info, when I say the whole top I mean whole top including plastic that end cap was housed in. I will send a pic in my email to you I am un aware of how to post a pic here.

Sweet DLD you're the man any possible way to get a tracking # , and could you post the pic of my broke device I seem to challenged when doing it !

No clue on tracking but it was a personal favor so I am sure it will arrive quick.
