Basic workout help

Hey all.

I am looking for a good website that would help me put together a decent(newb) workout at home with free weights. I have about 150 pounds in weights. Your basic flat bench and a benchpress bench with preacher curl...I have one long bar 2 small hand bars and a curl bar...

Any advice or links?

Good idea. I'm sure there are tons of guys that come here that hardly know where to begin.
 
Glad I could help! That site has tons of different routines you can use, in order from beginning to advanced as well. Ive used the beginner routine in my basement alot and have definitly gained from it.

Gained about 10 lbs of muscle in the past month and a half Id say, but I'm not totally keeping track, so I'm not 100% sure.

Definitly got stronger from the beginner routine on there, thats for sure.
