Only when I'm riding a bike and I fall off the seat on the bar..... or when I shift positions at my computer or in the car and come down real hard on one.
The first time I noticed this, I was sure they had broken loose from their cord and I'd end up with one ball or no balls. And then I learned that having balls has nothing to do with having balls.

I landed hard on my balls once, I was jumping across some kinda Concrete things, I forget what they are called. They are used to block the end of a road or just for show or something. But I landed smack bang on one, tackle first ouch!
