Balls Shrinking?

Okay, I might just be paranoid here but I feel like lately my sack doesn't look like it did, say, 2 weeks ago. It used to hang real low save for the times it would turtle. Now, when I'm not turtling I feel like my flaccid dick size is smaller and my sack is smaller. When erect I'm still sized nicely, 7 x 5.3 BP, but I don't want to look like a 4-yr old when soft!
