Back on track

I have gained an 1/16 in BPFSL in the past month which puts me at 8 15/16 and 8 1/8 in BPenis EnlargementL. From Oct. till Jan. I seen no gains, training as much as I could, I even shrunk abit. The only thing I can see is that i was overtraining, I went back to my program that I was gaining the most. Training 4 days a week doing stretches and jelging for an hour a day and the same for pc. I'm hanging lower again and seems much more fuller with veins popping. Ive tried the more is better and it just don't work for me. It seems to me the faster you gain the faster you lose. I must be a slow gainer compaired to some but If I can gain an 1/16 or 1/8 of an inch per month...hey I'm a lifer!! On the road to 10 BPenis EnlargementL!!!!

That is what is going to happen when you find your sweet spot so to speak. Most of all this is good news, your gaining again. How is your erection strength? It should be off the charts with the veins popping out limp.

SOmetimes less is more and this will vary from man to man. Sometimes a completely different routine sparks growth. Over-training may sometimes lead to over-obsessing. Try something new, start over fresh and start gaining.
