Back again, with new routine.

02.09.24- 3x20mins of hanging at 3kg’s, 4h39mins of extending and the 5x5x3 followed by 30mins of wearing cock ring.

Yesterday was a really rewarding pumping session as I most definitely reached 20,5cm inside the tube on the third set.
Almost couldn’t believe it, but the numbers don’t lie. Can’t wait for the day that I finally fill out my 9 inch tube in length as well, just 2,5 cm more and I’m there.

Think I’ll add just a bit more length and stretch on my extender today as well.

Total Hang Time= 11h20mins at 3kg’s(On Friday I’ll add another half a kg, excited about that)

Reached 20,5 cm again on my third pumping set despite not going in with a full erection. Just had some minor problems getting fully erect yesterday, don’t know why though as that’s usually not a problem.
Will see this evening how it goes. I suspect I did the pumping to soon after finishing my length work and hence struggled to get 100% erect.

Total Hang Time= 12h20mins(adding 0,5kg’s on Friday, excited about how my unit will handle that)

Total Extender Time= 118h02mins

Adding 0,5kg’s tomorrow, excited about seeing how that goes and feels.

05.09.24- 3x20mins of hanging at 3kg’s, 4h25mins of extending. No pumping as I took a power nap before I was going to do it though ended up sleeping for 4 hours despite me taking my ADHD meds 2 hours before my nap.

Going up to 3,5kg’s on my hanging today, will do my sessions right after writing this. Contemplating taking a lighter day tomorrow with just some hanging and extending. Will see what I end up doing.

Maybe do length and girth on separate days. Both compliment each other so there will be no loss in size with this type of training

Good to know brother, maybe I’ll do it this way on days where I don’t have enough time to do both.

For now I will do my best to get both done on most days as I really, really want to reach 9x6 come June next year.
 
06.09.24- 3x20mins of hanging at 3,5kg’s, 4h13mins of extending then the 5x5x3 followed by 30mins of wearing Siliring.

Went perfectly well adding 0,5kg’s on my hanging. Did a measurement of my girth as well with Siliring on and measured 5,5inches of girth. So with a cock ring on I’m 8x5,5 inches.


Total Hang Time= 15h20mins now at 3,5kg’s

Total Extender Time= 130h59mins

08.09.24- 3x20mins of hanging at 3,5kg’s, 4h42mins of extending 0 pumping today.

Will get in at least 5h of extending a day again as I used to a couple of weeks ago so that I will have clocked in 1500 hours come June 15th. Will also get my pumping done today as well.
I just gotta keep on reminding myself that the more I get done a day the faster I will reach my goal of 9x6 inches.

Was just too tired to get in over 5 hours of extending yesterday, will see if I can get it done today.

Total Hang Time= 17h20mins at 3,5kg’s

Total Extender Time= 139h42mins
 
10.09.24- 3x20mins of hanging at 3,5kg’s, 4h20mins of extending then 5mins of ball & lig stretches in front of IR lamp before doing the 5x5x3 followed by 30mins of wearing Siliring.

Only done ball & lig stretches for two days in a row but I already notice my scrotum hanging lower and fuller. Good stuff so will keep on doing them.

Total Hang Time= 18h20mins at 3,5kg’s

Total Extender Time= 144h02mins(Think I’ll measure length everytime I have clocked in another 100 hours)
 
11.09.24- 3x20mins of hanging at 3,5kg’s, 4h18mins of extending then 5mins of ball & lig stretches in front of IR lamp and then 2 sets of pumping and SSJ’s was just too tired to do the last set.

Total Hang Time= 19h20mins at 3,5kg’s

Total Extender Time= 148h20mins
