Back again, with new routine.

23.08.24- 3x20mins of hanging with 3kg’s and 4h10mins of extending.

Did not do the 5x5x3 as I will use a couple of days to focus on hanging and extending only though will re-incorporate pumping on Monday.

Also I wear my extender for 1-2 hours before I do my hanging as a kind of warm-up for it and put my extender back on for some hours after hanging is done.

Will add half a kilo of weight every other week since I don’t have any lighter weight plates than that. When I hang I sit in a chair with my feet up on a stool, sitting in a position where my penis goes down inbetween my balls and my ass cheeks.

Total Hang Time= 1h20mins at 3 kg’s

Total Extending Time= 64h25mins

Hope to reach 9 inches BPEL and 6 inch girth in that time. One more inch in length is all I need, not too sure about my girth measurement as of now as I need to order myself a measuring tape. All I know is that I’m over 5 inches in girth.

Though must say I won’t be disappointed or give up if I don’t reach those measurements in that time frame. But I will most certainly do my very damn best to actually make it there. 9x6 here I come.

About two inches in length in total, it’s almost surreal to think that I used to be 6 inches BPEL years ago. Not too sure regarding girth as I haven’t been consistently measuring it.

Going to order myself a measuring tape and a new, rigid ruler soon. For now I’ll be going hard on my PE and measure in 2-3 months, unless I visually can see and feel that my penis has gotten larger, then I will measure earlier.

I’m already starting to notice my flaccid getting bigger almost day by day, which should be a good sign of more future erect gains to come.

The fact that I have set myself a goal to be 9x6 inches come June next year is really motivating me to do all the PE I can everyday. And tonight I’ll also start pumping again as long as I’m not too exhausted as I live a very active lifestyle with daily workouts and long walks with my dog everyday. Getting in on average at least 15.000 steps a day.

Total Hang Time= 3h20mins at 3kg’s(really feeling the fatigue on my third 20mins set, which is a good sign).

Total Extender Time= 73h31mins at approximately 2000 grams of force.

Had to place myself into a similar mode to rekindle my passion for PE and growing bigger since I temporarily had given up on doing PE. But nothing will stop me now on my way to those magic 9x6 numbers.
 
26.08.24- 3x20mins of hanging with 3kg, 5h06mins of extending and the 5x5x3 late night.

Finally did the complete SRT routine again, and I must say it felt damn good knowing I got the pumping done as well. Was really tired but just decided to get it done, half the job is just to start the routine and then it‘s easy to get it all done.

Staying mostly at 2000grams of traction though every now and then I take it up a notch and go up to 2800grams of traction and then go back down to approximately 2000grams again.

Total Hang Time= 4h20mins at 3kg‘s

Total Extender Time= 78h37mins
 
27.08.24- 3x20mins of hanging with 3kg’s, 5h35mins of extending and late night 5x5x3 session finished with 30mins of wearing a cock ring.

Feeling like I’m already getting into the groove of things in regards to doing the SRT routine, have just made the final decision that I’ll finish my daily PE regimen no matter what.
And the feeling after getting all the PE done that I have decided to do is just awesome. Kinda addicting to be honest.

I finally remembered what my girth measurement was which is 5,2 inches so as of now I’m 8x5,2 inches BPEL. And I WILL reach 9x6 come June 15th next year, chosen that date since it’s my birthday which gives me a time frame of a lil bit over 10 months in total to reach my goal.

As long as I extend for at least 5 hours a day for 10 months it’ll be a minimum total of 1500 hours of extending which should be more than enough hours to gain at least an inch in length.

Total Extender Time- 84h12mins(getting closer and closer, day by day to my 1st 100th hour mark)
 
29.08.24- 3x20mins hanging at 3kg’s, 5h12mins of extending.

No pumping as I was so physically exhausted after zero sleep the night before, walking 22.000 steps and killing myself on my burpee, push-up’s, squats and Kettlebell swings workout, done while wearing a 20kg weighted vest.
Ended up setting a new PR with 7 mins while having an average BPM of 147 for 1h08mins straight.

Anyways, I will definitely do the 5x5x3 again tonight as I love doing it since my junk looks so huge afterwards.

Total Extender Time= 89h24mins(not sure if I will measure at the 100’th hour mark, think it’s best maybe to wait a bit longer)
 
Make sure to rest brother. Your body can't grow under all those stresses without proper rest. Lactic acid and acidosis can harm the PE gains.

Ok. Though do you mean taking days off from doing PE or just getting a good night of sleep or maybe both?

Must say I do struggle with taking days off as I just want to do at least something everyday.

Both. You must achieve 7 hours of sleep or at least 2 hours of REM. If you cannot achieve REM through a restful sleep, you body will not achieve the rest it needs. 4 to 7 hours of peaceful sleep trigger cellular restoration and regeneration. Less than 4 hours, your body goes into crisis.

You don't have a full day of pure rest for PE. 10 to 16 hours of rest with passive PE work is perfectly fine too. Wrapping is a great example. But your body must have night time rest. That means pure relaxation and sleep. If you cannot achieve that 2 hours of REM, or 4 hours of pure blissful sleep, your system lacks serotonin and increase of cortisol level that can cause distresses.

29.08.24- 3x20mins of hanging at 3kg’s, 5h01mins extending and the 5x5x3 followed by cock ring for 30mins in total.

My pumping session went really great and was really close to hitting 8,1 inches inside the tube so it may seem like I’m still gaining some length after the initial 0,5cm that I got after about 2 weeks after re-starting my PE regiment.

Hopefully I will top out my tube at 9 inches in length ahead of schedule, but even if so be I’ll keep on doing my intense routine until June next year.

Never been this sure before that I will eventually and finally get to 9x6 inches. Just gotta give it some time and keep on doing what I’m doing now while slowly increasing extender tension and weight on my hanging routine.

Was so tired after completing the 5x5x3 that I only got in 30 mins of wearing the cock ring. Will try to get it up to at least an hour eventually.

Been a week and a day of hanging at 3kg and getting eager about adding another 0,5kg even though I’m supposed to wait until next Friday since it’ll be 2 weeks then. Will see what I end up doing during todays hanging session.

Finally gotten in my first hundred hours of extending, only 1400 more hours to go, at least.

Have been turning my daily rhytm around as I’ve had a period of going to bed early in the mornings and sleeping through the day. Finally managed to get up much earlier the last two days so hopefully I will get my pumping done again this evening.
Will also start implementing ball & lig stretches for 5-10 mins during my warm up for the 5x5x3 as I got a bit of a tight nut-sack+ it’ll also give me more skin to grow into as I progress in my PE routine and make some more gains.
