Back again, with new routine.

11.08.24- 5h00mins of extending, 5 mins warm-up before my late night 5x5x3 session.

Total extending hours= 15h21mins

Contemplating adding a small manual stretching routine as well during the day when I do my extending.
 
12.08.24- 5h20mins of extending at approximately 2000 grams of force, will stay around that force for a few months before going up to max force of 2800 grams.

Also did my 5x5x3 late night, I warm up for 5 mins infront of my trusty IR lamp and have it on and infront of me during the whole session so I keep my unit warm, flexible and injury free since I go as high as 15hg.

I know going that high isn’t advised at all but it really works for me as my EQ and erections has been harder and more frequent since starting pumping on the regular again with that high of a pressure. I suspect my unit can handle it so well after years of pumping with my HydroXtreme 9 which can go as high as 16hg.

Total extender time= 20h41mins.
 
13.08.24- Overslept like a mofo again so no PE done this day. I’m on several meds which makes me sleep waaaay to long though will do better from now on and get my sleep loving ass outta bed in the morning.

I just hate it when I do this and miss a whole day of PE, I simply HAVE to get up in the morning from now on as I have 10 months in front of me with hours of daily PE to maximize my gains during the next 10 months.

I simply just need to get up out of my bed in the morning, take my Vyvanse 80mg(ADHD meds, lisdexamphetamine)and go for a long walk with my beloved dog which gives my Vyvanse time to get an effect as it’s a slow release capsule.
And I even have a mid-day dose of Attentin 20mg(pure dexamphetamine which lisdexamphetamine from Vyvanse turns into after it’s been metabolized in the digestive system).

What I’m trying to say is I got no excuses for not dragging my heavily medicated ass outta bed in the morning. I just need to get up and take my heavily dosed ADHD meds and get going. Yeah, I’m on higher doses than actually reccommended since I used to be a amphetamine junkie and got a very high tolerance for it.

ADHD, autism and social anxiety are my crosses to bear in this cold and unwelcoming world we live in. Glad I got this forum and brotherhood where I can talk about anything without being judged, hopefully.

Total Extender time= 26h51mins

Finally managed to get over 6 hours of extending done yesterday and will do my best to keep on aiming for that amount of hours from now on. Bare minimum is 4 hours a day.

Noticing that I’m able to wear my Extender for longer periods of time before having to remove it so it seems my unit is getting used to wearing it more and more. Good stuff.

My goal is 2000 hours of extending before I move onto something else or just do maintenance and cementing.

17.08.24- 6h00mins of extending at around 2000 grams of force, late night 5 mins warm-up before doing the 5x5x3 while in front of my IR lamp, then wearing a siliring for 30 mins. All in all a good day of hours of PE.

Have forgotten to mention that when I pump up to a max of 15hg I pump up really slow so that I can feel every sensation in my penis as I pump up. Staying at 15hg for 2 mins max and it really seems to be working well for me, though I must say it’s not reccommended at all so if anyone tries to do the same show extreme precaution and pump up slowly at your own risk.

Total Extender Time= 39h01mins

Just a suggestion. Try 2000g for 1 hour, and crank back down to 1500g for the remainder. Why? The body will force a tug back effect soon. Long hour trauma will push the body to react in a different fashion.
Thanks for the tip brother, I’m actually kinda doing this already as after my first hour or so my penis get’s so stretched out that the pulling force goes down to about 14-1500g as long as I keep it at the same setting, which I do.

Going for those hours with a nice and steady tug. Will try to go up to 2800 grams after a few months, just gotta work my way up to that.
 
18.08.24- 6h10mins of Extending, late night the 5x5x3 followed by 30mins of wearing a siliring.

On a side note, was weak yesterday and ended up jerking off and measuring about 2.5h after my pumping session, though I do not regret it that much since I measured a bit over 20cm BPEL so I guess I can finally say that I’ve got 8 inches BPEL. Never before have I gotten over half a cm gain in such a short time.
 
19.08.24- 4h12mins extending, did not pump as I had been carrying firewood for the coming winter for over 4 hours straight. Feels good having that ready for the long and cold winter that’s ahead.

Total Extender Time= 49h23mins
 
20.08.24- Took the day off, though this will be my last day off for a long time as long as I manage to stay focused and disciplined.

Must admit that I do struggle with depression, especially when I wake up in the mornings which makes getting out of bed a big chore. Just need to get my depressed as out of bed and take my ADHD meds as my depression symptoms get’s greatly alleviated when my ADHD medicine starts taking effect.
 
I hear you about depression brother. 4 hours on firewood duty is a great way to keep your mind and body busy. Don't let that lull in your day causes you to slow down and spiral out of rhythm. Keep yourself busy, and take advantage of the ADHD even if it's PE. Little actions in PE helps to mount up a large period of PE results.

And you’re absolutely correct, keeping myself busy really, really helps. So trying to keep my focus on PE, working out 4-5 times a week, reading my Bible, studying German, walking my dog and keeping my house nice and tidy.

And I truly want to reach my PE goal so will definitely take your advice regarding it and keep on keeping on. And thanks again brother, brothers like you is the reason why I love this place so much.

Smart. I have always used my metal issues to fuel my pe.

Didn’t do the 5x5x3 though I think I’ll get it done today or start back up again with it tomorrow as I plan on going full SRT mode from then on, adding in a hanging session before strapping on my extender.
